Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds are ever issued to your original payment method. In limited circumstances, QuickBites may issue account balance credit at our sole discretion. Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Delivered Orders

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, the transaction is considered complete. No credits or refunds of any kind will be issued for delivered orders. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect items, missing items, food quality issues, late delivery, or cold food. These are issues between you and the delivery platform/restaurant — QuickBites is a purchasing intermediary and has no control over the preparation or delivery of your food.

Our Responsibility

  • Order Placement: We place the order exactly as specified — address, apartment number, and any special instructions you provide.
  • Live Tracking: We send you a tracking link so you can follow the driver in real time.

Your Responsibility

  • Be Available: Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Post-Delivery: Once the courier marks the order as delivered, all responsibility transfers to you. We cannot cover orders that are confirmed delivered but not retrieved, stolen after drop-off, or left unattended at your request.

Failed or Cancelled Orders (Site Credit Only)

In the event that an order fails to be placed or is cancelled due to circumstances outside of your control, QuickBites may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue account balance credit. Situations where credit may be considered include:

  • Order failed to process due to a system or platform error on our end
  • Restaurant was closed or cancelled the order before preparation
  • Order was never dispatched or assigned to a driver

Credit is NOT guaranteed in any situation. All credit decisions are made by QuickBites at our sole discretion, and our decision is final. There is no appeals process.

Credit Terms

  • Credits are issued as QuickBites account balance only — never to your original payment method
  • A $2 processing fee is deducted from all credits issued
  • Credits can only be used for future QuickBites orders
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
  • Credits may expire at QuickBites's discretion
  • Credit requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order

Situations Where No Credit Will Be Issued

  • Order was delivered (regardless of any issues with the food or delivery)
  • You provided an incorrect address, phone number, or delivery instructions
  • You were not available to receive the delivery
  • You changed your mind after the order was placed
  • Dissatisfaction with food quality, portion size, or taste
  • Late delivery or long wait times
  • Missing or incorrect items from the restaurant
  • Your account has a pattern of excessive credit requests

How to Request Credit

If you believe you qualify for account credit based on the limited criteria above, contact us through Discord with:

  • Your order number
  • Date and time of order
  • Description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots

If approved, credits are typically added within 24-48 hours. QuickBites reserves the right to investigate any credit request and deny it for any reason.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Do not file chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting QuickBites, your account will be permanently banned, any account balance forfeited, and a $25 administration fee will be assessed.
